    Not good. I'd been wanting RCU to come to Sebastopol for a long time. A month or two after I joined one of the tellers credited a $3,000 deposit to another person — I was later told we had the same name. For some reason they do not use deposit slips to verify account numbers. When I had to run around and fix the overdrafts with the other banks they gave me a letter saying "a mistake has been made." It would have been nice for them to admit responsibility, as in: "our bank made a mistake!" It would also have been nice for them to offer me something for all the time I spent correcting their mistake. Their attitude was: no big deal, and it wasn't for them. For me it was a huge hassle. All I wanted was for them to understand what a HUGE hassle it was for me and make some small amends. That never happened. Not good at all.

    Chelsea was amazing when we were looking for our home. After the first day of looking when she got to know our taste she did not show us one thing outside our interest zone. She is super well connected and knowledgeable. She had great tips for how to engage sellers in a competitive market. She has a keen eye for improvements and knows a ton of contractors. She used that same network to help us navigate through the inspection process and was a champ at helping us with all the paperwork. We are so happy in our new home but if we ever decide to move again KB properties will be the first place I call.
